LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Coverage

Please retain your dated sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase to validate your warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser or end-user of the product and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Under normal use and service conditions, if a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it, or provide an equivalent product. These remedies constitute the exclusive remedies available under this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty shall be void if any of the following conditions occur, including but not limited to:

1. Failure to follow instructions in the User’s Manual or official technical documentation.
2. Damage due to unsecured or insufficiently secured installation.
3. Improper installation, use, maintenance, or service.
4. Loose battery terminal connections.
5. Reverse polarity connections.
6. Inappropriate storage conditions as defined in the Battery Owner’s Manual, including but not limited to:
   - Exposure to ambient temperatures above 140°F (60°C) or below -25°F (-25°C)
   - Fire or water submersion
   - Storage of the battery in a fully discharged state
7. Any short circuit, whether caused accidentally, intentionally, or inadvertently.
8. Damage caused by impact, accident, collision, or drop.
9. Undercharging or overcharging beyond specified limits.
10. Use with defective or incompatible third-party products.
11. High resistance caused by corroded terminals, poor crimps, or insufficient cable size.
12. Battery failure resulting from a faulty external electrical system.
13. Any battery that has been opened, modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
14. Use of the battery for applications other than those for which it was designed and intended.
15. Failure to charge the battery for more than six (6) months.
16. Commercial applications involving repeated cycling beyond 80% depth of discharge within a 24-hour period.

User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for installing, operating, storing, and maintaining the product in strict accordance with the User’s Manual and technical specifications. Damage resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories or modifications is not covered. All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided.

Governing Law & Final Interpretation

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by applicable laws. The Company reserves the final right of interpretation and may update this warranty at any time. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.
