SYCAIN PACK Factory is equipped with a highly intelligent production line with an annual capacity of up to 90,000 kWh. The production line integrates cutting-edge automation technology, and fully automated equipment is adopted in every process from cell capacity grading and sorting, battery pack assembly, welding to testing, ensuring production precision and high efficiency. Our automated processes not only greatly boost production speed, but also guarantee product consistency and reliability.
Lithium batteries offer superior energy density and a significantly longer cycle life. Compared to lead-acid batteries, they are lighter, charge faster, and support flexible charging (no memory effect), greatly enhancing operational continuity and efficiency for cleaning tasks. Furthermore, as they contain no heavy metals like lead or mercury, lithium batteries better align with the environmental sustainability principles of modern cleaning equipment.
Modern industrial-grade lithium batteries, particularly Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄), exhibit excellent thermal and chemical stability. High-quality lithium battery packs are typically equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS), which provides comprehensive protection against overcharge, over-discharge, short circuits, and overheating. Specifically designed for scrubber applications, the battery casing usually features a high Ingress Protection (IP) rating (e.g., IP65 or higher), ensuring safe and reliable operation in wet floor cleaning conditions by effectively resisting dust and water ingress.
Lithium batteries charge approximately 3 to 5 times faster than lead-acid batteries, typically reaching a full charge within 2-3 hours. Regarding maintenance, lithium batteries are truly maintenance-free—they require no electrolyte topping-up (like watering) or regular equalization charging. This not only substantially reduces labor costs but also eliminates potential performance degradation or damage caused by improper maintenance procedures.
No. Our deep-cycle batteries are specifically engineered for long-term energy storage and steady power delivery. They are not designed to provide the high instantaneous CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) required to start an engine. Using them for starting applications may damage the BMS and will void the warranty.
LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is widely considered the safest lithium chemistry available. It is chemically stable and significantly more resistant to thermal runaway compared to Cobalt-based lithium batteries. Additionally, our integrated BMS provides a secondary layer of protection against overvoltage, high temperatures, and short circuits.
No, you cannot use a Lead-Acid charger. We strictly require the use of a dedicated LiFePO4 battery charger. Lead-acid chargers often feature "Equalization" or "Desulfation" modes that apply high voltages unsuitable for lithium cells. Using a lead-acid charger can cause the BMS to lock out, reduce cell life, or result in permanent damage.
For long-term storage, the battery should be kept in a cool, dry place at approximately 50%–80% State of Charge (SOC). To maintain cell health and prevent the battery from entering a deep-discharge state, you must perform a maintenance charge at least once every 6 months.
In low temperatures, the internal resistance of the battery increases, which may result in a slight decrease in discharge capacity. Crucially, never charge the battery below 32°F (0°C) unless your model is equipped with an internal heating system. Charging in freezing temperatures causes lithium plating, which leads to permanent internal short circuits.
Since LiFePO4 batteries do not contain liquid acid, they are leak-proof and can be mounted upright or on their sides. However, we recommend avoiding "inverted" installation (terminals facing the ground) to ensure the structural integrity of the internal cell mounting.
Unlike lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 has an extremely flat discharge curve. The voltage remains very stable (typically around 13.0V–13.2V for a 12V system) until the battery is nearly empty. To accurately track your remaining capacity, we recommend using a battery monitor with a shunt or checking the data via our Bluetooth App (for supported models).
